How To Cancel Regain Membership
1. Log into your Regain account
Log into your online account and go to the homepage.
2. Go to Menu
Go to the menu at the top right section of the Regain website.
3. Click My Account (or Account Settings)
Click on the My Account or Account Settings option (Regain may tweak these over time.)
4. Click Payment Settings
Once in your Account area, click the Payment Settings.
5. Click Cancel Membership
Once in the Payment Settings, click the Cancel Membership option.
6. Then go to Menu
Go back to the menu at the top right-hand of the website.
7. Click My Account (or Account settings)
Once on the menu tab, click the My Account again.
8. Click Personal Information
Once in My Account, click the Personal Information option.
9. Click on Request Erasure
Once in Personal Information, click on the Request Erasure.
10. Wait for a confirmation email
Regain will send a confirmation to the email address on your account once your request is processed to finalize the total cancellation and erase all your info.
